“We wondered if there was a place where men’s style was at the centre. A room with every style, arranged, colourful and easy to move around in. We dreamed of a place where men’s style was not just an exercise in staying current to the moment but informed to fit a man’s need.”

StyleEdit enables connections with leading mens’ fashion brands and the people that created them. So if, for example, you were looking for a red cardigan, StyleEdit enables a search of all the red cardigans currently available on the market.

The user gets a cross section of designer, price, quality, cut – all the information he needs to make a more informed decision about which one to go for. By conducting and collating interviews with key opinion formers and style guru’s StyleEdit builds a database of subscribers and exists as a tool to be able to create the ‘ideal’ wardrobe for the website user.

Our creative cue was the classic fashion look book, magazine or scrap book – where designers ear-mark and flag inspirational material on pages and use them to inform a garment or collection. The final identity combines a bespoke typeface, along with the ‘book-mark’ symbol, which can also be used independently of each other. As well as the identity, Odd had designed and produced the first brochure, a crucial sales tool for inviting new brands and designers to subscribe to the service.
