The Challenge

Selling any form of credit or preloaded gift card is a highly competitive market. Even the relative new boys on the block like Virgin, Tesco, Amazon and Post Office, with their massive brand reach and marketing budgets, struggle to attract new customers. So when Lend Lease wanted to enter the market by launching a store gift card the challenge was on for the integrated design agency they chose.


The ODD Solution

After considerable research into credit, debit and store card purchasing habits, we understood that to attract new customers would require a clear communication strategy allied to strong physical identity. To ensure success in Bluewater and three other major Lend Lease outlets we developed a range of promotional campaigns to promote the gift cards throughout the Land Lease properties as well as highly original and striking cards.
