Nick Stickland Creative Director

A graduate of Architecture from the Royal College of Art, Nick began his career working for some of the world’s leading architects, including Richard Rogers, Eva Jiricna, FAT and ORMS.

After searching for a company that embraced design and communications in a more integrated fashion, he instead opted to do it himself by starting ODD in 2002. He has led global creative solutions for a range of brands including Nike, Sony, Uniqlo, Lacoste, KISS and Oxfam.

Simon Glover Managing Director

Simon completed his training with a first class honours degree in product design at Central Saint Martins. At design consultancy Tangerine he worked on innovation and new product development projects for Unilever and was part of the team that re-invented British Airways Club World.

Simon joined ODD as a founding partner in 2002. Additionally Simon has delivered global creative solutions for clients such as Orange, Samsung, M&S, Virgin Atlantic, and LG.

Hannah Measures Creative Services Director

Hannah started her career at Naked Communications, where she worked in the Innovation team, developing and executing creative solutions to communication plans. Clients included: Reebok (Media Week’s Best use of a Creative Idea, 2002), Fray Bentos (Shortlisted for Campaign of the year), Heineken and Kiss 100.

Hannah joined ODD in 2008 and manages a diverse portfolio of clients including Westfield, Kickers, Uniqlo & Power Plate.

After graduating, Richard’s talents took him to agencies across the world, working in graphic design and art direction roles.

The next 5 years saw Richard return to London as a freelance designer, when he worked for a wide range of agencies including Saturday, The Farm and Wink Creative before joining ODD in 2006.

Eilidh joined ODD having previously worked in creative development in the fields of broadcast, digital and advertising.

With over 5 years experience on both client and agency side, Eilidh has produced work for a diverse range of clients including Red Bull, Westfield, Nivea, Kelloggs, Reebok and Vodafone.

Mark joined ODD from Yellowdoor Creative, where for 4 years he worked under retail expert and ‘Queen of Shops’ Mary Portas.

Mark has designed and art directed brand identities and seasonal ad campaigns for clients including Clarks, Thomas Pink, Westfield, Homebase, Pfizer and Reebok.

With over 15 years of experience in artworking, retouching, print production and trafficking, Graham continues to play an instrumental role in the smooth delivery of communications to all our clients.

Juliette Hughes Creative Producer

Juliette started her career alongside Hannah at Naked Communications working within the Innovations team on projects for clients including IKEA, 118 118, BBC and Orange. Since leaving Naked, Juliette set up on her own as a creative producer and consultant working with brands such as Stella Artois, Converse and Red Bull.

Juliette has been an ODD Friend for many years, is a regular player in the team and her main focus is on creative ideas, curating projects and implementation.

Sam Sheterline Group Account Director

Sam joined the team at ODD in 2011. Before this, Sam spent a successful 5 years at iris where he led teams across Sony Ericsson UK & Ireland and Breast Cancer Care.

Sam Comes with a wealth of expertise in the strategic development & activation of 360 integrated campaigns – including the DMA winning Breast Cancer Care Strawberry Tea 2010 fundraising campaign.

Tian Skene Account Manager

Tian joined ODD fresh off the boat from Australia, where she worked for Moon Communications Group for several years. Tian has worked on a number of high-profile design and branding projects for clients including Sydney Opera House, The Star Casino Sydney and Bell Shakespeare Theatre Company.

After graduating in Philosophy from University College London, Crispin started Bounce Mobile, a company that has produced pioneering mobile apps since 2005. Having licensed award winning mobile technology to the likes of Orange, O2, T-Mobile, Jamba and Coca-cola across Europe, Asia Pacific and the US, Crispin has commercial instincts as well as creative insight when it comes to technology.

Lawrie McLintock Production Assistant

Lawrie joined ODD from Mother London, where he was Head Runner for 2 years. He now works closely with the Account and Production teams across clients including Warehouse, Dr Martens and Lacoste.

Hass Tagiuri Creative

Hass started his career spending time as a fashion stylist, magazine designer and photographers assistant, before combining his background to become an art director in the marketing industry. Before joining ODD, Hass was a Creative at Naked Communications, where he worked for 4 years on accounts including Sony, Coca Cola and award-winning work for Nokia.

Maura

Maura Cook PA and Studio Manager

Maura recently moved to London after graduating from The French Culinary Institute in New York City. After graduating, she worked at high end restaurant PR agencies in New York and London.

Maura joined ODD in 2012 as PA and Studio Manager and is responsible for the smooth running and well-being of the studio.

Annabelle Dewing Business Director

Annabelle joined ODD in early 2012 and is tasked with the ongoing strategic and business development of the agency, including agency marketing, PR and new business.

She joins us from iris Worldwide, where she spent 7 years leading teams on the Sony Ericsson UK, and Philips Global accounts, as well as latterly heading up the New Business and Marketing function.

Laura joined ODD in 2012 after graduating from Newcastle University, with a first class honours degree in Marketing and the award for Best Graduating Marketing Student.

With experience in both fashion PR and magazine industries, Laura has worked for companies such as MLPR, Suffolk Magazine, French Connection and Glamour.

Hannah Widdup Account Director

Prior to joining ODD in 2012, Hannah spent 7 years working agency and client side. She spent a successful 2 and half years managing her client Puma to drive effective sport and lifestyle campaigns, with the opportunity to manage tactical Olympic activities.

Hannah brings a varied mix of experience and creativity gained from managing clients including Braun, D&AD, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line and Sony Ericsson, of which she was instrumental in the global rebrand in 2009.

Ewan has over 15 years experience working in the world of design, artwork and studio management. With a calm and unassuming manner his main strengths are working as part of a team to create effective solutions for a variety of clients. Previous client experience includes the Design Council and The Barbican.
