Since its birth in Manchester in 1963, Henri Lloyd and its late founder Henri Strzelecki have relentlessly sought to deliver premium sailing and lifestyle products using the latest technologies and innovative designs.

Ambition

We were asked to help celebrate Henri Lloyd’s 50th anniversary with the launch of its AW ’13 campaign. The desire was to capture their pioneering spirit with a bold new art direction, whilst perfectly showcasing thier premium sailing and lifestyle products which use the latest technology and innovative design.

The ODD Solution

By taking inspiration from the brand’s rich marine heritage, we crafted a beautifully executed campaign that marries the powerful landscape photography of David Cooper with the atmospheric lifestyle shots of renowned fashion photographer Steve Harries.

The campaign, which ran across print, in-store and digital, was further brought to life through the Modern Day Pioneers journal.

From photographers and set designers, to machinists and models, the series celebrated the stories of individuals who seize every opportunity in their daily lives.
