ODD has won the advertising account for the Tesco Plc owned clothing brand F&F.
The process, which was handled directly by Tesco’s procurement department, kicked off in April and culminated in a final shoot out against a number of undisclosed agencies in August.
The appointment sees the consolidation of the brand’s roster of suppliers, giving ODD control of both its advertising, digital and social strategy.
Launched in the UK in 2001, F&F is fast becoming a major international fashion brand, trading out of 23 countries, both at retail and online.
Chris Other, Global Brand Marketing & Online Trading Director said, “ODD demonstrated a strong strategic understanding of our brand and our vision right from the start. They will play a key role in delivering a fresh perspective on the brand and helping us to engage with our consumers. We look forward to partnering with them for SS’17 onwards.”
ODD’s Executive Creative Director, Nick Stickland says his agency are aiming to highlight the brand’s design and quality credentials.
He stated, “F&F is already a hugely successful fashion brand, but there is also so much potential opportunity to drive further engagement with consumers, old and new.”
“The team are ready for the next chapter and to push the brand creatively, and we’re absolutely thrilled to be chosen as the agency to do that.”
ODD’s first global campaign for the brand will launch in April 2017.
