ODD has poached Kathryn Gray from ITV to be its senior strategist.
Kathryn worked at ITV for 18 months as senior program commissioning and marketing planner, and was heavily involved in the channel’s recent re-brand.
At ODD, Kathryn will report directly into managing director, Simon Glover, and will spear head the ongoing development of the agency’s strategic offering.
Before joining ITV, Kathryn was at DDB London, taking the global strategic lead on its Financial Times and Nestle Purina accounts.
