The Rules of Engagement
If there are rules we should all adhere to when devising an effective mobile engagement strategy, what are they?
That is the question ODD sought to answer or at least shed light on, in the article published in The Drum at the end of last month.
Ultimately, engagement starts and ends with the user interface and if there were ever a rule book pre-2007, Apple effectively rewrote it with the launch of the iPhone, by reimagining both the hardware and software interface design.
The subsequent winners in all categories of mobile have been those best at understanding and implementing Apple’s ‘rules of engagement’…but if only it were that simple.
